Find bottom up, search top down

Find goes from the bottom up, and search goes from the top down. Is there a setting to make both go from the top down?

It is definitely from the top down for me both with the Find (Ctrl + F) and with the Advanced Search (Ctrl + Shift + F).
Could it be that you have only e.g. two results in your file - and if you have zoomed in - it first finds the 'next' occurrence of your search term, and then it goes back to the top and finds the next one?
