print comments on separate pages at end of document

Hello,

I have added many comments in a pdf. The printout with comments is not working fine, because the comments itselfs are overlapping. Is it possible that the comments will printed all together at the end of the document? The comments should be numbered at the original place on the pdf-page and under that reference number I will find them on the new added pages at the end of document.

The added pages with comments could be like this:

comment 1 on page 2:
This is the first comment with some text.....

comment 2 on page 2:
This is the second comment with some text.....

comment 3 on page 5:
This is the third comment with some text.....

Thanks for responses in advance.
Regards,
Thomas

Hello, thomas wildeboer

The Summarize comments tool, located on the comment tab, is what you are looking for, this offers a number of page layout options for the comment printouts, which you can select as needed:

Hello Daniel McIntyre,

thanks for the quick response.

That is what I looked for. Is it possible to customize the headline of the first comment-page? I don't like the filename (because its long ) in the headline.

Thanks again.
Regards,
Thomas

Hello, thomas wildeboer

There is no way to configure it during creation, at the moment, but you can edit the file name in the newly created document afterwards, by selecting the "edit" tool and then double clicking on the title.

Kind regards,
