PDF-Xchange Editor's PDF to Word converter creates overly complex Word documents from PDF's which contain multiple or complex tables. The output Word formatting, while visually similar to the original PDF document, is too complex to edit easily in Word. PDF-Xchange outputs a document with excessively complex formatting.
In contrast, conversions of these same documents using Adobe's online PDF to Word document converter creates Word documents with formatting that is easy to edit. So this is clearly an issue with PDF-Xchange.
I love PDF-Xchange editor- but its conversion algorithms need big improvements vs the competition. Thanks!

Re: PDF to MS Word Conversion issues
Hello pdfpert,
Can you please provide a sample of one such file?
While they might be complex - this is the current way we have to ensure that the Word file will look as close to the original PDF as possible! Tables are not really defined in PDF files, so converting 'table' elements from PDF to Word is tricky to begin with!
With a sample - we will see if we can improve our processes and simplify the resulting files!
Kind regards,
Stefan
