Every now and then, I cannot OCR a document because the software does not recognize any installed languages. This happens sporadically. See image below. Any comments?

Are you on a stand alone machine, or e.g. on a Terminal Server and connection to your account from different terminals?
Also - are you using the current latest build of our software (356), and how do you resolve the problem now? (E.g. does a restart of the Editor help, or do you need to e.g. reinstall or clean up the registry?)

Hello,
I am on a stand alone machine. I have to restart the program for the problem to be fixed (I did not try a re-install). A version or two ago I bought a new license because mine expired. I updated to the current version late last night. Thanks.

How often do you see this issue? Depending on its frequency we will plan our further debugging steps.
Anyways please
- unzip the attached file to an empty folder;
- each time you need to do OCR with the Editor please launch the Editor using the PDFXEdit_PPL.cmd script (make sure there is no other Editor instances running).
When you run into the issue in question next time you should have got a PDFXEdit.log file in the above mentioned folder.
Please send us this file(zipped).
