PDF-XChange Browser Extension Not Working

Hi,

I have installed the extension on my browser, and am trying to conver a web page to PDF, but the extension does not work.

I click on the icon and then on Convert to PDF; the extension then asks me where to save the file. I chose a location and click on save. But nothing happens. I have tried this many times, and the same thing, that is, nothing, occurs.

What is the cause of the issue? How do I solve it?

thanks for the post and report. Is this specific to certain URLs? Can you post the URL you are tryin g to convert?

Does this forum convert OK for example?

No. The issue occurs on all web pages and on all websites, including this forum.

Could I ask you to please right click on the extension icon and use the "manage extensions" (or similar function your browser offers) option. Then confirm for me what the version number of the extension you have installed is?
Following that, please confirm which application package you have installed at the moment (PDF-XChange Editor, PDF-Tools, PDF-XChange PRO?), and what version/build that application is running? This browser plugin does require the PDF-XChange software to be installed for use.

I have installed PDF-XChange PRO 9.0 (build 354.0).

I accidentally discovered one thing: The extension works on Microsoft Edge.

Now, it would be cool, if you wrote in which browser it was not working.

By the way: It's working fine in Vivaldi here.

BigMike is correct, knowing what browser you use would be helpful. In my tests with both Edge (as you mentioned) and Google Chrome, there have been no issues. If you are using another web browser, knowing which one it is will help us to troubleshoot the issue.
