PDFA Conversion Tool Errors

Post by blong93 »

I run into an issue from time to time while using the "save-as PDFA" tool. The conversion will general thousands of errors that indicate there are a number of "GE Objects" in the PDF. This happens when I'm trying to convert AutoCAD sheet plots to PDFA. What can I do to work around this error?

Maybe you can post an example PDF-file for further investigation?

Hi Willy,

Unfortunately I'm unable to post an example file due to sensitive materials within the PDF.

Best regards,
Brian

Hi Brian,

Without an example PDF-file it is difficult to find the reason for the problem that you currently have.

If you do not like to post a file on this forum, you can always think about sending it to tracker software support, with a reference to this topic: support@pdf-xchange.com

Maybe the problem with your PDF-files is related to the AutoCAD version that you are using ?
See the following topic, maybe it will help:

Kind regards.

Willy.
