Color not displaying properly.

Post by Kruglerd »

I have a user in our office that when she opens some PDF's, the Color is not showing properly.
both are using 9.0 - 352.0
This is the correct image when I open the PDF
Good.png
This is the incorrect "B&W" version of when she opens it.
Bad.png
The PDF is generated via ArcGIS, but I don't think the PDF is the problem, more a setting on the user's machine. I have attached the PDF.
ZoningExhibit.pdf
The pdf opens showing the correct information on her machine when using adobe reader.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Color not displaying properly.  SOLVED

Hi, Kruglerd

This is most likely caused by an incorrectly set RGB colorspace in the Editor's Color Management settings, available in the preferences (Ctrl_K). Please try changing the RGB option to some of the others (as well as changing back to the default as some users have found that fixed these issues in the past).

If that does not help, another possibility is that you have simply accidentally enabled our accessibility color override. This is toggled by pressing Ctrl+Shift+6. Please try that as well.

Kind regards,

The Shift-Ctrl-6 was the winner.
