Customize Shortcut is not working (Export PDF as Excel)

Hello,

I have problem to setup shortcut of action to export PDF to MS Excel in PDF X Change. I set shortcut as CTRL + ALT + ' but when i hit the shortcut, i got only warning sound, nothing happens... i also tried different shortcuts... nothing works (when i press the action manualy, it is working fine, only the shortcut seems to have the problem).

Other shortcuts that i setup in PDFXchange are working properly, only exporting documents to excel seems to have problem, i don't know.

i have PDFXChange Editor Plus, version 8, build 343

Would anybody know what is the problem please?

Thank you for pointing this out, I have updated the original ticket with some more details and a link to this article as well. i cannot offer a timeline for a resolution, but Our Dev team is aware and working on this still.
