pop up window with the choices...like size and color..?

Hi what is the best configuration to have a window pop up when I select a tool? for instance if i select the cloud tool, I remember before there was a pop up window where I could select different sizes,, and same thing with the different colors.... how to do this please ? I want them alway showing...

Hello herbeapuce,

I suspect you are referring to the Comment Styles Palette:=. You can turn it on from here:

And it will appear as floating initially, but you can then dock it if you want along some other panes.
