Mail to support@tracker-software.com can't be delivered

Hello,
about 2 weeks ago I have sent an email to support@pdf-xchange.com. I was wondering why I haven't got any answer - this is absolutely not how I know the staff of Tracker Software. Then I have sent a reminder. Still no reaction.

Yesterday I've got first time the message from the mail daemon that my mail can't be delivered. Reason: remote server returned '554 5.4.0 < #4.0.0>' and an additional information that it will continue the delivery attempts. Today the same.

This explains probably why I haven't got any answer (my question haven't reached you). But the problem remains - the mail is not deliverable.

Are you sure that the email address support@pdf-xchange.com is available?

Hello Piotr,

Welcome to our Forum.

We did have some problems with our email server during this period.

Could you please try again to send an email and let me know if it was successful or not?

You can also share the problem you are facing here.

Hi Dimitar,
I have re-sent the email right now.

As you know my email address from my data here, you may check if it has been delivered. I have no other mean to check if it was delivered except waiting until the mail daemon reports some delivery problems.

Dimitar asked me to keep an eye out on this for him through my shift. It seems we still have not received your email and our Mail Server Technicians are now looking into possible issues on our end that could cause this. We may post here looking for additional information, for the moment, would it be possible for us to ask you to post the full headers of the delivery failed report here (removing any personal or sensitive information if present)?

In the meantime, if the issue you needed to report does not contain sensitive information, I would recommend that you post that issue in a new topic here on the forums, so that we can get to helping you resolve it promptly while our mail server is being investigated.

Hi Dimitar,
today I received again the message from the mail daemon in respect to my initial mail (sent on Wed, 10 Mar 2021 10:45:49 +0100 (CET)) saying that the delivery attempt on Thu, 25 Mar 2021 00:30:01 +0100 (CET) failed due to:

Remote Server returned '554 5.0.0 < #5.0.0>'

So I assume that the email I have re-sent yesterday has not reached you.

Hi, hamber

Thank you for the attachment, Our Mail team has now looked over our server configuration a few times now, and is certain that it is not misconfigured, we have been sending and receiving a fair few hundred emails each day without issue from our end, so at this point I am unsure what to suggest for you.

So far as we can see, the issue is not at our end, so you may wish to check into your side of things, perhaps your ISP has an impact, or you may be using a VPN which has an impact on this?

My IT team discovered some IP Stack configuration problem at our side and fixed it. The mail should have reached you.
