Dynamic Date stamps missing from stamps palette SOLVED

I noticed that the dynamic dates stamps have gone missing.

Is there any way to get them back?

I noticed that C:\Program Files\Tracker Software\PDF Editor\Stamps\ENU is empty.
And %APPDATA%\Tracker Software\PDFXEditor\3.0\Stamps only has the three collections I made/imported myself (lower three in the screenshot below)

Welcome to our forum.

Please go to this folder and check if the stamps are not renamed to BAK files:


C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\Tracker Software\PDFXEditor\3.0\Stamps

If they are, please rename them back to PDF.

I'm not sure how the file disappeared originally, perhaps a glitch in an update.

No idea why the DynamicDate.pdf should have disappeared. During installation there is no option to whether install it or not.
In the application itself there is no option for deleting it. In either case, do not worry for now, except if it should happen again.

Yes, it's a quite a mystery how this happened!

Anyway, the important thing is that everything is working fine again.

Just in case, you may want to make a backup of your current settings and both stamps folders.
