Hello,
When printing to our wide-format plotter, HP T730, it will only print 24" wide, when we're trying to print 36" wide. I had the HP tech take over our computer and review/reinstall etc all their print drivers. It prints fine from Adobe. They could not get it to print fine from PDF-Exchange.

Hello dikuqesa,
Can you please share a screenshot of the Print Preview window inside the Editor?
Is the paper size there shown as 36 inches? And do you have the correct 'paper' size set up for the plotter?
