Shortcut to highlight all objects

is there a keyboard shortcut, that I can use to highlight all objects on a page?

If you mean a way to use the highlighter tool on all items on a page, unfortunately no, there is no keyboard shortcut to accomplish this. You can however zoom out and drag a selection box around the edges of the page to quickly do so. This method works with all tools that offer multi-selection, such as the "Edit", "Select text" , and "Select comments" tools.

Alternatively, some tools can make use of the "select all" function (Ctrl+A), but that would select all relevant content in the entire document, not limited to a specific page.
