Ctrl -copy not working after 'Checked'- status

Post by MJN »

Hello!

I find the 'Ctrl + drag a comment to copy it'-feature cease working if the comment has been 'Checked'.

You can Ctrl+drag the first comment, but then you have to press Escape and select it again each time to continue copying

That's a real drag... :)

I've got the latest version and build and we've confirmed it across several documents.

Hi MJN,

thanks for the post and report.

I am seeing this also. Even if I return the comment to status "None" the behaviour persists. Are you seeing this also?
Best regards

Hey Paul,

Thx for the quick reply.

Yes, I too find that removing the checked status doesn't remedy the bug...

Hello MJN,

Thanks for confirming the same behaviour at your end.
I have now described it all in a ticket in our internal system:
#5508: Editor 352: Ctrl + Drag does not copy annotations which have had a "checked" status at any time in the past.

And our devs will be looking at a fix for this asap!

Kind regards,
Stefan
