Missing font name.

Hello

I want to build a table of contents on the bookmarks tab.

For the sentence "How Active Faith Lowers the Divorce Rate" I see that it does not have a font name.
The smaller characters have a font name.
See pictures.

What can I do?
Thank you.

Hello dxcarnadi,

And what properties do you see in the properties pane when you select that text block?

Cheers,
Alex

Hello dxcarnadi,

Use the "Select Text" tool from the menu:

Highlight your desired sentence:

And then on the right hand side of the Editor window you should see the properties pane:

We can see that the font name is indeed blank.

If the problem is just with this title, then I would say: go into text edit mode and try to apply the "Arial" font to the text of the sentence "How Active Faith Lowers the Divorce Rate".

After this, verify again if the font name is still blank or not.

If the font name has changed to Arial, then try to generate your bookmarks again.

Kind regards.

Hello Willy Van Nuffel,

Thanks for the help!

@dxcarnadi - your font's name is indeed empty:

And the Arial listed above is the substitute we are using.

If you can share this file with us (or at least that particular page) - that should help us with checking what exactly is happening with that document and the fonts in it.

Kind regards,
Stefan

Can somebody help me?
Thank you

Hi dxcarnadi,

indeed we are not handling his font properly. We will fix this. I have raised a Support Request Ticket for this, and while for internal use only, referring to RT#5506: Font names reported/shown incorrectly will help any support staff member get you a status update.

I hope that helps.

Hi dxcarnadi,

the ticket RT#5506: Font names reported/shown incorrectly has been set to "resolved" and the fix to this issue will be available in the next build slated for the 12th of April.

Please let us know how that works for you when it is available.
