Hello akulbe,

I suspect this depends on the website, and how it handles images!
I just tested with e.g. this KB article on our own website:
https://www.tracker-software.com/knowle ... ivate-keys

And it did convert the whole page correctly with the images included:

I will ask our devs to check if the behaviour with your website is something that we can improve and capture the images for it correctly.
