Hi all, please help all of my comment colors have somehow changed to greyscale.
See image below for example, the line should be red and infilled with white background. However, it is shown as black line with grey infill.

Hi,
The Accessibility option "Override Document Colors" is turned ON.
You can turn it OFF via:
- File (or Edit) > Preferences... > Accessibility
or
- CTRL + SHIFT + 6
