How do I view png files at the correct size?

How do I view png files at the correct size?
Currently when I choose to view pngs at 100% they are displayed larger than 100%. Is there a setting that got mangled somewhere along the way?

Hello,
Via File/Edit > Preferences > Page Display, make sure that the "Default Page Zoom" is set to "100%" or "Actual Size".
Click Apply and OK.
After this, try again.

Could you please show us where do you set your PNG images to be displayed at 100%?
Also, is it possible to send us a screenshot of what you see at your end when your image is not displayed correctly?
