UNLOCK PASWWORD AFTER CONVERTING FILE

I'M USING THE regular account, not the pro edition.
id like to know - if it affects the file converting?
if not,
Why any time I am trying to convert a PDF/word file to another
after the process is done, it asking me (in the new file) a password ?
i never set one like that
never locked any file
and eveb reset all properties to default
