Hello nickthekid,

Welcome to our forum.

Could you please tell us what version is your PDF Editor?

You can see that under the Main menu -> Help -> About.

Regards.

Hi, All

If you are seeing this issue in the latest version, please first ensure that you do indeed have a mail client properly configured to send mail locally.

If the mail client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc) works for sending mail on its own, then you will need to ensure it is properly set as the default app for mail, as detailed here.

If the mail client is configured as the default app properly, and you still see this, you may be using the incorrect module to match the architecture of the mail client. Please open our Editors preferences (Ctrl_K), and under "send mail", click your mail client and "Edit". Then change the "Enable 32-bit mapi module" to the opposite of what it currently is. now, restart the Editor and try sending mail once again.

If after all this, it is still not working, Some people have found that the issue is actually within their mail client, not our Editor, and reinstalling the mail client fixes the issue. I would recommend that you try that as well, as it could resolve the problem.

Kind regards,
