Would be really nice to have a way to navigate exatcly to a place in scrollbar as presented in the attachments using adobe reader. Sometimes I use pdfs with dozens or hundreds of pages and I know more or so the position in the scrollbar that the page I want is in.

I created FR ticket in our internal system:
