CTRL + Mouse Wheel Scroll operates horizontal scroll bar SOLVED

On any page > 1 then "CTRL + Scroll Wheel Up/Down" will result in "Expected Zoom In/Out behaviour" + "horizontal scroll bar will scroll left until Pages turns to page1."

I don't know if this is normal, a bug, or an issue with my PC.

Please can anyone test and confirm your experience.

ETA: This doesn't happen above a certain zoom scale, then mouse wheel scroll only affects zoom again.
The behaviour change occurs when the page is scaled so the sides are beyond the display area.
This coincides with the behaviour of SHIFT + mouse wheel scroll. Turn page or horizontal scroll.

This is an issue caused by the "ribbon page layout" function being used in conjunction with the "single page mode". Ribbon layout should always be used in conjunction with one of the "continuous" page modes or you will encounter issues like this.

I wish to keep the "single page mode", so I've changed the page layout setting instead, and now it works exactly how I'd like.
