Extract values (or text) from a PDF file

I need to build a sum of certain values from a PDF file, like the distances in the given example below. I tried copy and paste and exporting (also when flattening all comments and selecting the text content only), but never get all numbers.

Is there a nice trick to get all of the content as a text?

Can you do something with this:
- show the Comments pane (View > (Other) Panes > Comments)
- in the Comments pane: click Options > Summarize Comments...
- in the Summarize Comments dialog-box:
- - un-check all check-boxes below Comments Information
- - at Options > Layout, make sure to select Comments Only
- - select your preferred Destination Folder
- click OK

The resulting PDF should be equal to the one attached at this post.

A next step could be to save the resulting PDF as a TXT file, like in the ZIP-file attached to this post.

Or, still a shorter way: in the Summarize Comments dialog-box, select Output > Type = Plain Text (*.txt)
