What is "Tracker Software"? I don't want to be tracked.
"Tracker Updater" launched but I denied it.
I do have PDF X-Change Viewer installed.

Tracker software is the name of our company, where we develop the PDF-Xchange software lineup, you can find our main website here. We do not engage in any tracking of you or your documents, beyond that which may be offered in the cookies on our websites to ensure you have a smooth experience.

The Tracker updater is simply the name of our auto update utility, it has the ability to check with our servers to see if there are any updates available to one of our products which you have installed. In this case, it would be the PDF-XChange Viewer, as you mentioned that is installed. Since the Viewer is discontinued now, you may wish to consider using our PDF-Xchange Editor, which has succeeded the viewer and is designed to give you more control over the Editing functions in your PDF documents than ever before.

I'll admit that when I first encountered PDF-Xchange I was put off by the name of the company. Some research on other sites and also reading the forums allayed my fears - any company that provides such detailed and rapid help doesn't seem to be malign!
