A suggestion (/feature request) if I may:
It would be nice to have an option to specify document's Title to be displayed instead of the file name. So, instead of using "b.pdf" to have "This is B document" displayed (from PDFs Title if it is specified for a document).
As when searching in a folder (+subfolders), if there are two "b.pdf" documents (in two different folders) they will both appear as "b.pdf" - and only by opening (clicking on result) or looking in that tooltip one can figure out which one of the two the result entry is about.
