Automatic bookmarking from text

I have a 65 page document. I want to bookmark one similar line from every page. The text I want to bookmark is for example "Book 1234" in which 1234 can change. In this document the location of the line is same in every page. The whole document is written in one font and font size.

Is there a way to bookmark this automatically?

Yes, this can be done by using regular expressions with the "Bookmark page text" function on the Bookmarks tab: https://help.pdf-xchange.com/pdfxe8 ... xt_ed.html

Hi,

I've tried that but it did not work.

The whole document is written in one style, so I cant use Text style options.

I tried with Text content rules but if I put to Match Text Pattern text 'Book 1230' it will create a bookmark only to those pages that contain 'Book 1230' -text but not to other pages that have text 'Book 1231'.

How do I get a bookmarks automatically also to those other pages?

Hi,

I finally solved it.

Needed to remove the numbers (Book 1230 to Book) and restricting the maximum title length.
