Switching from Acrobat Pro. Have a question
A feature on Acrobat allowed me to right click on a webpage to create a pdf from it. It also had a setting to append all links on that page which would add those pages to the document.
Can PDF X-Change Editor do this?

Re: Switching from Acrobat Pro. Have a question
Hello SJMaye,
We have a plug-in for Internet Explorer which will allow you to convert the whole page you are looking at with all it's links directly to PDF: However this is included in our PDF-XChange Standard Printer, and PDF XChange Pro bundle packages, and is not part of the Editor itself.
Also - due to some limitations in other browsers - we only have this tool for IE.
Kind regards,
Stefan

You've created a plugin for one of the browsers that's falling out of favor with users and admins… but forgoing the alternatives?
Do you have any plans to make plugins for Chrome/Firefox?

Hi, akulbe
Quite the opposite in fact, we have had and maintained plugins for both Firefox and Chrome in the past, however unfortunately they have both officially stopped supporting NPAPI plugins, as detailed here: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowle ... my-browser
We are working on a new plugin for future versions which will be able to convert webpages directly using our software, but until then the best option available is to use the print function in your browser and select our PDF-Xchange (Standard or Lite) printer, to convert webpages from these browsers into PDF format.
Kind regards,

Re: Switching from Acrobat Pro. Have a question
I guess Stefan's comment up above is confusing then. He makes it sound like the option is only available for IE.

Hi, akulbe
Currently, it is only available for IE. As I mentioned, a convert button in other browsers it is something we are working on for the future, for now the only option is the print (Ctrl+P) from those browsers.
