I support MTR Corporation an international transportation company with over 4,500 users internationally. We have an Enterprise license and I am trying to fix 2 Issues currently.
1. I need to push out settings to automatically update the software to all users. Although I can go to each upsers machine and manually configure this, you can imagine how long that would take. I can push out the update via InTune if you can assist me with this that would be fantastic.
2. I have users receiving issues opening current documents from a shared drive. The software reports that a version was not removed or something. If I open the same document with Adobe reader the current version is displayed. Only with your software is this an issue.

Regards the settings push, what specifically do you need to push? We have Active Directory Administrative Templates for the Editor, PDF-Tools and the Tracker Updater. Most Tools and Toolbars in the Editor can be set this way.

There is a lot in there about pushing preferences etc. If you want to describe exactly what you are looking to push I can help you find the appropriate policy if there is one available.
Regards the files on a share not opening, can you post a screen shot of the error message please?
Also - you should test all this on the current stable, as of yesterday that is 8.0.337.0.
