PDF appears to be protected - Padlock Symbol - Unable to edit comments boxes
Can edit this PDF document. Why? anybody assist me. I can't enter text within the text boxes.

Obviously document is password protected by the author from changing ....
It's impossible to lead us astray for we don't care even to choose the way.

Joseph - indeed your file is protected by it's author. You can press Ctrl + D on your keyboard while this file is active in the Editor, and then click on "Security" in the new window that will appear to see what the restrictions on this document are.
