Missing translations for format palettes (German)

Not really important, because the words are short and the meaning is obvious, but the subtitles of the format palettes are not translated. For all types of sticky notes and callouts and ....

Sorry, these strings are not translatable at the moment. The default style names are not contained in the translatable elements.
