Enhanced OCR Plugin - greyed out
Although my License Key is still active for 173 days I am not able to switch over to Enhanced OCR Plugin because the selection is greyed out. What can I do to make it active?

Hello atw,
The Enhanced OCR needs to be licensed separately, and the "Plus" in your "Editor Plus" license does not mean that you do have the EOCR included. The Plus allows you to use the forms creation and manipulation features in the Editor, and if you want the Enhanced OCR - you can add it to your license through the account you have on our website.
