Comment and text adding

I add comments, texts, etc. on a PDf document and I would like to know how to make it so that there is a protection so that nobody can delete / modify these additions, but that they can add their signatures, their texts or their comments thereafter.

Thanks for the post - This can be done by signing the document yourself, which will disable commenting and editing features, but still allow for signing.
