Borderless printer margins

Ahoi.

When I set my Epson 3880 to borderless printing then Editor does not properly identify the new printer margins (slight enlargement by driver) or virtual paper size (no enlargement of content, but of paper size). Photoshop does it correctly, so the driver is reporting thing, but Editor does not use the information.

I checked Acrobat Reader and it is properly reading the print driver's changed paper margin/size information when borderless printing is enabled in the driver.

Hello Timur,

Could I ask you to send us screenshots of the print preview in the Editor, and you current settings in both the Editor, and your Epson printer drivers?

Thank you!

Printing borderless with the "keep size" option that increases virtual paper size instead of stretching the print. "Randlos" means borderless.

Not only does Editor not increase virtual paper size, but it also claims that there are still the same borders as if borderless printing was not active. The same happens when the driver's stretch option is used instead of "keep size".

Hello Timur,
Can you please send us a screenshot of what settings you have selected in our print dialog? both the default settings, and the advanced settings hiding under "more..."?
Please also send us a copy of this document for investigation.
Kind regards,

The document does not matter, here is a screenshot of Editor's print settings using a new blank document in A4.

Hi Timur,

Thank you for the clarification there. Could I ask you to send us a link to the latest printer drivers for your printer, so that we can emulate this and look into the issue.
I cannot say for certain that it is something we will be able to address, but the Dev team is interested in taking a look to see.

Kind regards,
