PDF XChange Editor preview handler hangs

Hello there,

sometimes the preview handler in Outlook 2013 (32 Bit) with PDF XChange Editor v7.0.328.2 hangs.

We are using PDF XChange Editor on our Terminal-Server Farm and it seems, that the preview handler
hangs, when a lot of users are logged on to the servers.

I've checked the "shell extensions setup" and it looks good:

Does someone have same issue and solved it ?

Hello Inga,

Build 328.2 is a bit older - so can you please try to update to the current latest (336) and let us know if this is still an issue?

Hello,

because of some issues interacting with one of our applications that needs an older version of PDF XChange (V7 insteat of V8).

But I will give V8 a try and report back after testing .

so far after updating to current release it seems that the bug is fixed.
