Hi
I made an interactive formular with pdf xchange. The most of the users are using the acrobat reader app (newest version). Now if they fill up the form and sign it, they have no possibilty to save it on a tablet (android/ios). It seems that for this option i should save the original formular with "extended option). How can I prepare my form so it would be possible to save it on a tablet/phone before sending (otherweise the fill in dates are not fix)
I hope somebody can help me

Hello Joe,
This "Extended" option is a special protection adobe add when you use their licensed products to create a pdf form, and their tablet versions will only allow some extended features on files created with paid for Adobe products. I am afraid that we can't add the same type of protection to files we create as this is Adobe specific.
