PDF/A-a1 not valid

Hi all

We need the format PDF/A-1a.
The settings are correct, also the Properties of the produced PDF. --> Attribut: a

Eg. I convert a *.dox or *.pdf into format pdf/a-a1

The online check of the PDF failes:

Error message:
Check Failed
The Document does not confirm to the PDF/A-1A Standard

Is there a known issue, didn`t find anything…

I use the Version:
PDF XChange Standard v7.0.327.0

A test on a other Client with the newest Version 8.x failed as well.

Thank you for the document here. It appears that this online tool you are using is one of few that find any issues in the document. Opening this same document in our Editor, Adobe, or Foxit produces no errors about incorrect document handling, and checking with another online validator presents a "no issues found" notice:

I would suggest trying a few other online validators, as they are not always reliable, to see what the status quo is on your files.

In the meantime, I have mentioned this to our development team, and they will be looking into whether anything actually is wrong with documents generated by our standard print driver, or if that online utility is simply incorrect. If we do find that we are doing something incorrectly during document creation, it will of course only be resolved in a future update, so please ensure that you are running the latest build at all times.

Please be aware, that your Link above is the only one, with a positive test result.

If you check the Files on the following validation Website, you`ll get a clear error message:

--> Klick on “Test Online”

I did the Test with 2 Files. Xxxx.pdf/a-1b and xxxxx.pdf/a-1a. Both files are created by PDF Xchange Standard v7.
Pdf/a-a1 -> nok
Pdf/a-b1 -> ok
