Surface Pen

Hi All,

have just upgraded to the surface pro 6 and just using the surface pen. i use the perimeter measuring tool and poly line tool a lot and
i am unable to end the measurement or shape by double pressing the pen on the screen, but works if i double press the screen with my finger. small issue but very frustrating.

any help or feedback is appreciated.

I am afraid that at the moment I am unable to offer a timeline for a resolution on this.

if it helps, the function works fine on PDF - Xchange Editor Plus version 6.0 Build 318.1 but does not work with
PDF- Xchange Editor version 8.0 build 333.0

maybe a settings comparison could be done?

We have already located the cause of the issue, and are working on addressing it, but I will make mention of this difference for the dev team incase it helps!

Hi Henry.

At the moment in 334 build you may use RightClick (via button on the Pen for sure) to show small Cancel|Complete menu that will allow you to finish the polygon creation (or you may hit the Menu key on the external keyboard, if you have it). Sorry for inconveniences - in the near future we will fix that issue as well.
