PrintAll - Ghosted

Good morning!

Our office uses the Editor software. I was able to find the PrintAll icon (to print all open documents) and add it to the toolbar. However, it is ghosted.

I contacted our IT team and got a response that they were unable to determine why it is ghosted. To be clear, there are times when the IT supervisors will secure an option for a reason above my pay grade.

Since it is such a basic product, I cannot believe they’d intentionally make it unavailable. Therefore, what steps would need to be taken to activate this option?

Hi MisterBobTheTomato,

Thanks for the post - The PrintAll is a placeholder for a feature that has yet to be implemented, which is why it's greyed out and not yet available on the standard toolbar.
