I have some pdf files produced by Sketchup Layout. They display perfectly using Adobe Reader. However in PdfXchange Editor (latest version etc etc) some of the wipeout / white fills of tags placed over graphics do not display properly. In particular there is one that displays as a diagonal line - it appears stretched out in one dimension. Perhaps the best thing is to download my example file and view it in both readers, but here is a clip from PDF Xchange:

I suspect you might be using an older build of our products - as this is how I see your file on my machine with build 332:
