Unknown Text encoding preventing doing search in docs

Hi,

Quite often I print Chrome pages and I noticed that my documents can't be searched
for text!

I have enclosed a such pdf into which I'm able to change text colors using proper tool
but that can't be searched for text even if that text is visible on page.

Is there a way to fix this (assuming you can't recreate it using save or print!)

The printed text from the Chrome browser is not actually a text.

BTW: thanks to your answer I did do some testing and finally discover that choising "Save as PDF"
in the print dialog instead of a PDF printer will produce expected results (Text is selectable).

The reason for choosing a pdf printer was that such usually automaticaly open resulting pdf
file... which is not the case with "Save as PDF" choice!
