"save" or "save as" do not respond

Post by noam.b »

Hi everyone,

I'm a new exchange editor user, of the free version, and I would like to have your advice on these questions:

a. "save" and "save as" do not respond after rotating pdf document. These icons remain "pale" before
and after rotating procedure, so I had to switch to another tool. Are these saving forms work only on the paid version?

b.How can I rotate one single page out of the whole document?

Appreciate your replies in advance
Noam

Hello

The "Save"-icon remains pale for as long as you do not make changes to the document.
The "Save As"-icon should be active (to allow you to save a copy of the document with another name and/or to another place).

Rotating the "view" of the pages is not seen as a modification to the document.

You need the use the "Rotate Pages"-feature via the Document-menu or "Rotate" via the Organize-ribbon.
This allows you to really rotate one or more pages in the document.

Best regards.

Thank you, Willy and Daniel, for your replies.

Sorry, but I didn't find the "Document menu".

The Organise menu solved the problem I mentioned since it can rotate the whole document,
as well as rotating chosen pages. More of that, " Save" is now available to use.

Thank you for your help,

All the best,
Noam
