Hallo,
Our customer has PDF-Xchange Editor in use. When they try to print PDF files, the PDF Xchange Editor takes a long time before the printer starts to print.
If they try this on the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, it works much faster.
An update from the version 7 to the version 8 brought no remedy.
Is the problem known?
Or is it possible to solve it in a different way?
The PDF document in our test had 10 MB and 51 pages.
Thanks
Thomas

Re: PDF Files take a long time to print
Hello,
As far as I know, that happens pretty much with every PDF print and
every user has the problems.
I have to ask our customers if it is ok that I send a PDF to the support.
