Print Multiple Open PDFs

Post by lamensterms »

Hey guys,

Just wondering if it is possible to print (send to printer - hardcopy) multiple open PDF files in XChange Editor.

I realise I can merge PDFs and do a batch print, but I would like to be able to open multiple PDF documents in XChange Editor, and print all at once. Sort of like a 'Print Session' or even 'Print Selected Tabs', or something.

Thanks for any help

Thanks Will.

A post in that thread mentioned that this feature was coming in a future release. I realise that thread is around 6 years old, and the support tech said it would be available in v3. Was this feature included? Is the JavaScript option the only solution?

Thanks again.

Hello lamensterms,

Yes - the feature is still only available through the JS custom button. Here you can find the script ready made + an Icon for it:
viewtopic.php?f=62&t=28256&p=128944&hil ... ed#p128899

So it should be as simple as copy-pasting those two files.

Regards,
Stefan
