My form asks for a link -> how to prepare the document to have a hyperlink after the form was filled?

Hi all,
I created a form via Xchange editor. I want my clients to enter a link to their profile (Xing, LinkedIn).
After my clients sent back the form to me, I want to open those links in the way of a hyperlink.
I could not find a funktion in XChange to prepare this in the edit mode?
