copy/move comments/line horizontally/vertically with mouse

When drawing a line, I can hold shift to draw a horizontal or vertical line. it's not possible to do so when move/copy those comments/lines. Is there a way to do so? (besides the command dublicate, I would like to do so with mouse)

Thanks for the post - The easiest way to do this would be with the arrow keys. You can move objects in larger increments by holding the Shift key.
