UI Ribbon and bottom bar totally disappeared

Hello

My Ribbon UI and bottom bar totally disappeared a while back and I would really like them back as I find it so much easier to navigate.

When I select Ribbon UI in top right hand corner the toolbar disappears completely

So I am left with a classic UI and no bottom bar.

I have also uninstalled PDF-XChange and deleted all Tracker Software files in Program Files.

What can I do to restore both the Ribbon UI and bottom bar
