File props in Explorer: PDF-Information twice?

On my PC I have Adobe DC + XChange Viewer + XChange Editor + XChange Pro (all in German, all in test mode). When I check the File-properties in Explorer (Alt+Enter), I have the Tab "PDF-Information" twice:

- one in English, without "XFA-data"
- one in German, with XFA-data

Where does it come from?
Another PC with only Adobe Reader has none of these tabs ..

Hi Peter,

Thanks for that - This is because you have both the Viewer's and Editor's Shell Extensions providing this data. If you don't want to see this, you can simply delete the Viewer's Shell Extensions, or uninstall the Viewer and re-install with the option to install the Shell Extensions deselected.

Cheers,

Thanks, Will

it is not that big issue - just a little bit confusing. Maybe it can be in the future with an adapted installation function? (But, on the other way, how many users have installed both software packages.. ?? :D )

So, minor priority.

Hi Peter,

Understood :) I'll see what we can do, but given that the Viewer (including its installers) are no longer under active development and that this appears to be an issue with the Viewer's installers, I can't promise anything. I'll make a note to bring up with the development team regardless :)

Cheers,
