Search and Highlight - Need option to choose the font Name and size

Search and Highlight is an excellent feature.

But i would like to get an option to choose the font and size while searching.

ie i want to set the search parameter based on criteria.. in which i can search for a string say "hello", which should match a font criteria.

This option would be of great help for medical students like me, who depend on pdf textbooks to read.

ALSO
I would like to highlight all the text that matches a particular font name+font size+Italics...
Please add an option for this

You will be please to hear that we have a currently active feature request for this functionality. The feature request is not only for searching font and size specific aspects, but also to offer the ability to replace the search results, offering those same options.

I cannot say when this will be implemented as it is a complex feature, but this has been accepted by the development team, and thus should be available in the future.
