Purge bookmarks without actions?

I have some PDF-files which are parts of a huge PDF-document. Now every file contains a lot of bookmarks which have no "actions" (they directed to parts of the huge file which do not exist in the current part).

Can they be purged / cleaned / removed automatically?

In Ribbon UI go to Bookmarks->Validate
