Thumbnail scrolling with touch

I'm finding scrolling with just touch in thumbnail view unreliable and clunky. Grateful for any hints or tips. Many thanks,

Many thanks for your prompt response.

My editor release is Version 8 Build 331.0.

I'm using a Toshiba Portege 2 in 1 device.

Whilst trying things out I've found that scrolling with two fingers works better but is still not completely reliable or smooth.

Hello labcottage.

Touch scrolling through panes is something that we are working on improving as time goes on. I am sorry that it is a bit clunky at the moment, but know that it will be improving a bit with every few updates, and we are looking at some other options to change how it is handled, but I cannot speak for one of those options will make it through the pipeline.

I apologize for any inconvenience this causes in the meantime.
